Our CEO & Founder
After more than 30 years advising boards, investors, and CEOs on leadership and succession, Elan Pratzer saw a pattern.
Organizations were still making high-stakes leadership decisions based on intuition and credentials that didn’t always predict performance.He founded System-3™ to measure how leaders actually perform under pressure and in real-world complexity.
Drawing on his experience leading top executive search firms, Elan built a behavioral leadership platform that uses immersive video simulations to measure how leaders perform under pressure and in real-world complexity.
Before launching System-3™, Elan served as Managing Director for Canada at Korn Ferry and later as Managing Partner, Canada at Caldwell, where he led C-suite and board searches across North America.
He also played a key role in relaunching Canada’s Top 40 Under 40®, a national initiative recognizing rising business leaders.
Today, Elan continues to lead System-3™ as it grows into the leadership intelligence engine that helps organizations make faster, fairer, and more confident people decisions.
